NASA selects Tecnam P2006T Twin for ‘LEAPTech’
Tecnam today announced that NASA has selected the Tecnam P2006T twin as the airframe on which it will evaluate the potential of ‘LEAPtech’ (Leading Edge Asynchronous Technology), with the aim of developing safer, more energy efficient, lower operating cost and greener General Aviation aircraft.

TECNAM P2006T TWIN Certified For Passenger Transportation
Tecnam announced today that the Tecnam P2006T Twin has successful achieved certification to enable it to carry commercial passengers. Already firmly established as the multi-engine aircraft of choice bringing affordable multi-engine flying to aero-clubs, flying schools, syndicates and private aircraft owners around the world, Tecnam are aiming to promote the P2006T Twin for charter and air-taxi usage too.

Tecnam P2010 Enters Flight Training Service
The EASA certified Tecnam P2010 was recently accepted by Bartlomiej Walas, Managing Director of Bartolini Air, who flew the aircraft directly from Tecnam’s Capua production facility to Lodz Airport in Poland via a fuel stop in Bad Voslau, Austria. The total flight lasted 8.05 hrs, partly VFR at FL 090 partly IFR at FL100 (LIDF – LOAV) and FL 110 (LOAV – EPLL).

Switzerland’s FGZO Chooses The Tecnam P2008JC
The decision, voted by all 123 members, came out after a very detailed aircraft comparison presentation by Bruno Wettstein, President of FGZO and Philipp Reich, Training Fleet Captain. The FGZO membership were extremely impressed with the P2008JC’s low noise signature, its comfort, ease of use and its unbeatable operating costs.
