Tecnam announced today certification approval by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) for the Tecnam P2010 4-seater general aviation aircraft and the commencement of deliveries of many pre-ordered aircraft to Chinese based customers.
The CAAC completed its extensive review and issued the Validation of the Type Certificate (No. VTC0322A) on April 26th.
The P2010 CS23 is the fourth Tecnam aircraft achieve full certification in China, following on from the P92JS, P2002JF and the twin engine P2006T.
The significant milestone of CAAC Certification was the result of extensive investment and the dedicated efforts of all members of the Tecnam organization working in very close cooperation with both the CAAC and EASA.

The state of the art Tecnam P2010 is now the most advanced and modern single engine trainer aircraft in the marketplace. This is a single-engine four-seat aircraft with composite fuselage, powered by a Lycoming IO-360-M1A and Garmin avionics.
