Tecnam dealers representing over 60 countries and sales territories have just completed their 2nd Annual gathering at Tecnam’s Capua, Italy production facility. Focused on continuing to develop local customer service and support improvements for its many customers and operators.
The key theme for the 2016 gathering was ‘One World, 60 Leaders”.
The customer is always at the heart of Tecnams priorities and the implementation of the unique Tecnam CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system in particular as well as AOG support procedures were very welcomed by all participants.
Director of Sales Walter Da Costa confirmed that the sales and customer service targets agreed at the 1stannual gathering in 2015 were all accomplished and Tecnam was set to meet any challenges that may arise 2016.
Tecnam dealer workshops included sessions and updates from Lycoming, Rotax , Garmin, Digisky and financial company SACE.
During the Gala Dinner, held at Grand Hotel Vanvitelli in Caserta, the guests were entertained by a special performance from Tecnam UK Director and former record breaking Concorde pilot (New York – London in 2 hr 52 min 59 sec.) Capt. Tim Orchard and his “My office at 60.000 ft” presentation.
Recipients of Tecnam Special Awards were:
Tecnam Argentina, Diego Cardama, Best 2015 Sales,
Tecnam UK, Jerry Parr, for Best Service Center,
and Dik Holman, Tecnam Netherlands for Best CRM User.
